Kon Lou Mee with Chicken Feet

The presentation isn't fantastic. The setting is a "mere coffeeshop". But the wonderfully textured noodles in nice dark sauce is home-made by the man who cooks up them up. The yummy chicken feet is cooked by his wife who dishes things up. Between them, they conjure up value-for-money and yummy-good-food which is usually sold out by 11am. Served with the customary-but-absolutely-necessary sliced pickled green chilli and complimentary (very tasty) wanton soup, this simple dish tends to appear on my breakfast menu about twice a month.
