I should remind myself not to impulse on taking food that looks tempting for me. I was fooled by this one. It's cold and it taste mostly like oil. I had to dip it in either soup or wasabi just to get the taste of oil away.

The Fried Salmon Skin is a simple dish and taste the same every where you go but serving it cold is definately not it.

crunchy. but abit salty for me. taste sweet 2. Dizzy likes it tho. she give 3 stars n so am i. hoho.. XD
