Savory beef barbecued on a hot place then doused in some clear sweet soup like sauce. Its interesting that this place serves the bulgolgi with glass noodles which you can enjoy with that sweet juices of beef that flows down from the bbq. The beef is pretty good quality but i expected the sauce to be sweeter. Also expected the beef to be strongly marinated but i guess this way you can taste the beef without being masked by marinade
