Phak Choy cooked with Osyter Sauce (L) with sprinkle of fried onions. The taste from the oyster sauce is lacking. You barely can taste any presents of oyster sauce but at least you get fresh vege?

This is fried siew phak choi cooked with oyster sauce and some fried garlic. Too much oyster sauce, a bit salty. My sis liked it though.
